Tom Arma, the most published baby photographer in the world, along with HalloweenExpress.com are accepting nominations for the 2008 Tom Arma Baby and Toddler of the Year photo contest. Moms and Dads across the country can submit pictures of their baby or toddler in an ANIMAL THEMED COSTUME for a chance to become the 2008 Tom Arma Baby or Toddler of the Year!

TWO GRAND PRIZE WINNERS

For 2008 there will be two Grand Prize Winners, one in each of the following categories:

• Infants: Aged 6 months to 24 months
• Toddlers: Aged 2 years to 5 years.

Each Grand Prize Winner will receive $500, a Signed 2008 Tom Arma Collection Costume, will appear on the Tom Arma website and will appear on the HalloweenExpress.com website as the Tom Arma Halloween Baby of the Year. Grand Prize Winners will also receive a prize package furnished by Tom Arma Studio, Inc. and Tom Arma Costumes containing signed Tom Arma books and posters.
